| We bought our first house in Palm Coast in 2003. As we were not yet ready to move to Florida from New York at that time, we used this house for investment purposes. We sold it, made good profit and immediately ordered 3 more homes. we now live in Palm Coast in one of these houses, use other two houses as investments and enjoy our life here, in Palm Coast. We think that the prices in Palm Coast are still low as compared to other parts of Florida. And we will continue to invest in Real Estate here. |
