1. Great Service
We would like to thank you for your work finding us a new home here in Palm Coast.
Coming here from Nevada and having never been in Florida before, you helped us learn the area( where to shop, where the beaches are, etc.). That was a very big help.
We were in a hurry to find and move into a house as soon as possible. You worked with us until we found our new home, and moved the paperwork along sso that we closed and moved in ahead of projected closing date.

2. Investment Experience
We bought our first house in Palm Coast in 2003. As we were not yet ready to move to Florida from New York at that time, we used this house for investment purposes. We sold it, made good profit and immediately ordered 3 more homes. we now live in Palm Coast in one of these houses, use other two houses as investments and enjoy our life here, in Palm Coast. We think that the prices in Palm Coast are still low as compared to other parts of Florida. And we will continue to invest in Real Estate here. |

3. Looking Forward to Doing More Business with Interlink
We came to Palm Coast from Utah. We first bought a very nice house from Mercedes Homes, however, when Interlink Realty showed us a house, called Westminster, built by ICI Homes, we immediately took a decision to build this model. We now live in this house and enjoy it immensely. Palm Coast is a great place not only to live, but invest in real estate. We built a few more houses here with different companies, and make a good profit out of this investment by renting these houses and then reselling them. |

4. Right Decision
We have built two new houses with Vlad in Plam Coast, and prior to have them being finished we moved here. Interlink Realty found us a rental property and helped us to get established here. now we live in one hoouse and rent the other one. we are very happy that we made a decision to move to Palm Coast. |

5. My First Investment
I built a house in Palm Coast with help of Interlink Realty in August 2004. Interlink Ralty found tenants for my house and they deal with all the maintenance problems as they arise. So now I have ahouse that is growing in price, rental income pays the mortgage and I do not have to think about anything. |
