6. Successful Experience
We built a great house in Palm Coast . Vlad helped us choosing model of our home. He kept a strict control over a construction process and regularly sent us updated pictures.
When our house was completed and we moved to Palm Coast , he helped us to find jobs. |

7. Investment Opportunities
Me and my friends bought five lots in Palm Coast in 2003 with a help of Vladimir , later on we purchased two condos. Now prices for land have gone up 4 times and prices for condo have gone up 2 times. Recently, with the help of Interlink Realty I have purchased two more houses, construction of which will be finished this year. We are very happy with our relationship with Interlink Realty and it certainly brings us additional monthly income.

8. Out of Curiosity
We have heard a lot about Palm Coast , and came to see it out of curiosity. However, after we met with Vlad, we made a decision to build a house here. At the end of construction our house had been immediately rented out with Vlad's help and this rental payment covers our mortgage payment fully. |
